About Wise Hearts Yoga
Wise Hearts Yoga classes are a regular friendly space for making an authentic connection with yourself firstly through your body, learning to kindly release its tensions, safely and patiently expand your body’s range of strength, mobility, and stamina which can lead you on the path of renewed energy and better even vibrant physical health. No less important is the space to quieten your mind, release mental and emotional stresses and get clearer and lighter. I encourage everyone to go at their own pace and offer modifications and alternatives so that everyone can enjoy their yoga practice.
What should you bring to class? A yoga mat, unless it’s a chair based class, a wrap/blanket for relaxation, maybe a cushion, water to drink, clothes you feel comfy to move in.

CHAIR YOGA and MINDFULNESS Class
For People with MS, ME, Fibromyalgia & conditions affecting mobility.
Mondays 10.30 – 11.30am (usually held at Otley Courthouse, Courthouse St. LS21 3AN – A Fully Accessible central Venue with a Café. ) Explore & Expand your range of movement safely through gentle yoga while seated. Use your breath with awareness to stretch tight muscles, lubricate the joints, improve energy levels, release tension & let go.
GENTLE YOGA for ALL
Open to everyone from age 16 up – breathing space for yoga practice in the middle of the week.
Wednesdays 7.30 – 8.40pm
(Usually held at The Clarke Foley Centre, Cunliffe Rd. Ilkley)
A long established class for those 50 +which is friendly, fun and supportive.
Thursdays 10.30 – 11.30am
